Representatives of the All-Ukrainian Union of Defenders of Ukraine, athletes, and employees of various sectors took part in a major event - the Congress of veterans' and business associations, organized by the Coalition of Veterans' Associations and the Business Community Coalition.

The head of the Union Sergiy Bizov emphasized in his speech that the trade union institution enjoys trust and wide representation in the Ground Forces, Territorial Defense Forces, Special Operations Forces, and the Main Directorate for Development and Military Chaplaincy.

"We have active programs for rehabilitation, social adaptation, retraining, and employment. We are a social partner of the state in terms of social protection of servicemen. We must stand united so that victory comes quickly and the post-war period is stable. Our task is to maintain a balance of power in a joint representative body, where the state and employers do not have a monopoly on decision-making, but listen to worker-veterans. We must stand as one fist in the reconstruction of post-war Ukraine, to which the Ukrainian warrior will return," Bizov said in his speech.
