As part of a working trip to the Kharkiv region, Sergey Bizov, the head of the All-Ukrainian Union of Defenders of Ukraine athletes and employees of spheres, together with Volodymyr Nosik, the head of the local branch, held a meeting at the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture.
