On October 31, 2023, an online meeting was held with the participation of representatives of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine and the Trade Union.
David Zakharyan, First Deputy Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Ukraine, athletes and workers of the spheres, Yuri Yurchenko, Deputy Chairman on Legal Matters of the Trade Union, Viktor Ostrets, Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union, and Dmitry Usmanov, Head of the Trade Union's apparatus, were present at the meeting.

Viktor Ostrets addressed the participants of the meeting with a welcoming speech and raised current issues for consideration. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the strategy for further development and inclusion of the Ukrainian Boxing Federation members in the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Ukraine, athletes and workers of the spheres - workers.

Yuri Yurchenko informed those present about the benefits of membership in the Trade Union, namely, obtaining legal assistance, social protection, and other privileges.

The meeting participants expressed their wishes for improving the development process and attracting new members to the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Ukraine, athletes and workers of the spheres.
